Job Description
• FLEXCUBE RETAIL (FCR) India version support experience, Retail Flexcube CASA, Loan, Payments, ATM/POS, clearing, SMS, EOD, cash, GL reconciliation
Roles & Responsibility
• Troubleshooting daily operational/technical problems from end-users, identifying root causes, proposing solutions
• Coordinating between bank internal teams and vendors for easy operations, in case of code change or new enhancement
• Good Technical skills (Oracle PL/SQL, Java)
• Working with reporting team for reports generation as per business requirements.
• UAT Testing for code change and enhancements.
• EOD Support
FCR, PL/SQL Programming.
