findings and solution to L1 Support Team.
• MOS Tickets for the Oracle Flexcube base product bugs. Route to L3 Team for
OBDX, OBP, Microservices customization issues.
• Apply Fixes
• Emergency data-patches
• To do the Product parameterization and other maintenance changes(+support L3
team).
• Source control and release management for Production and DR environment.
Profinch team will have access to the extensibility customization code and OBDX
toolkit.
• RCA status report.
• OBLM (EOD / EOM / EOY) support.
• Periodic Production Application Health-check.
• Data archival and purging as per bank policy.
• Consistency checkers.
• Periodic review of the support process and learning sharing for process
improvement.
