  • Candidate must be skilled in Redshift.
  • Resource will be responsible for designing optimal queries,  managing clusters, ensuring fast query performance, scaling data warehouse capacity.
  • We should look for resource where Redshift- was one of the database ,candidates should have worked on
  • Sr. Redshift Resource Sr, who knows Redshift than any other db.
  • Look for someone to manage the db and resolve the issue
