Key Responsibilities:
▪ Act as the functional expert for Oracle FLEXCUBE 12.4
▪ Gather business requirements, analyze lending workflows, and configure loan products.
▪ Work closely with business users to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
▪ Parameterize the various products
▪ Ensure system compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
▪ Conduct UAT, training, and knowledge transfer to end-users and IT teams.
▪ Collaborate with technical teams for customization and performance improvements
Required Skills:
▪ Strong expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE 12.4 and above
▪ Strong Expertise in Consumer Lending (CL) module
▪ Experience in loan product setup, credit line management, and repayment structuring.
▪ Understanding of banking regulations, loan accounting, and reporting requirements.
▪ Ability to conduct requirement gathering, process documentation, and impact analysis.
▪ Strong communication skills for client-facing and onsite collaboration.
Preferred Skills:
▪ Prior experience in FLEXCUBE migration, upgrades, or onsite implementations.
▪ SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting.
▪ Experience working in international banking environments.
