• Perform detailed analysis of issues/queries raised by the L1 Support Team. Analyse the
debug, application log file to find root-cause of the issue. Update the findings and
solution to L1 Support Team.
• MOS Tickets for the Oracle Flexcube base product bugs. Route to L3 Team for OBDX,
OBP, Microservices customization issues.
• Apply Fixes
a. Emergency data-patches
• To do the Product parameterization and other maintenance changes (+support L3
team).
• Source control and release management for Production and DR environment. Profinch
team will have access to the extensibility customization code and OBDX toolkit.
• RCA status report.
• OBLM (EOD / EOM / EOY) support.
• Periodic Production Application Health-check.
a. Data archival and purging as per bank policy.
b. Consistency checkers.
