Knowledge of Payroll Accounting.
New Element definitions etc. for smooth monthly Payroll Processing.
Develop testing scenarios and write test scripts.
Knowledge in SQL, PLSQL, underlying HRMS tables & the data that is or can be handled through each of the modules and guide technical resources in maintaining the integration touch points.
Strong knowledge on RICE components (Reports, interfaces, conversions, Extensions)
Strong knowledge in integrations with third party systems(Webservice/REST/SOAP)
Good knowledge in Oracle workflow and AME
Good knowledge in Oracle application Framework(OAF)
